Cereyoni : A Ceremonial Encounter with the Divine Flower
Ceriyoni is an intimate offering intended to nourish our longing for reconnection to sisterhood and sacred embodiment. This ceremony is inspired by the myth of the red rose of Eros. Within ritual intention we will collectively gather the reverent cœur-rage to share our uniquely beautiful flowers with one another. This is a timeless, elegant, and powerful opportunity to see and be seen. To reclaim our yonis, our bodies, our stories. This is a somatic experience centered around deep listening, care-full noticing, and sacred embodiment. For those who do not desire to partake in the full reveal a flower will be offered to hold between the legs as a symbolic representation of the female anatomy. We are all the creators of this Ceriyoni. Come and celebrate the power of p*ssy prayers.
Pleasure: Reclaiming Innocence through Play
What if you discovered pleasure is readily accessible to you in everyday moments? How would this change your life? Pleasure is any experience that feels good and involves your wholehearted enjoyment. Play and pleasure are your birthright. In this playshop we will reconnect with the innocence of childlike wonder through the power of imagination. Curiosity, creativity, and meditation will be our guides as we journey into the depths of innocent pleasure.
Intro to Ecstatic Dance: Be Seen in Your Authentic Movement
What might it be like to follow your movement impulses without thinking? What if movement felt aligned, connected, and natural in the presence of others, who move and feel aligned, connected and natural in the presence of you? Ecstatic Dance invites us to continually listen to the deep wishes of the body and honor our intuitive movement. By participating in a container where all types of movement are revered and celebrated, we can let go of the expectation of needing to move our bodies in any particular way. Practice tuning into the felt-sense experience of your body. Allow your desires to reveal themselves. Follow through with your authentic movement- and repeat.
Permission to Pause : Recalling Your Embodied Yes
A permission to pause is an empowered offering for reconnection to self. The Japanese concept of Ma encapsulates the boundless concept of empty space, a boundary without lines, a sagacious pause. Amongst the abyss sweet sister silence has the opportunity to speak her intuitive language. You were born fluent in this language of feeling and intuition. Remembering the language of the body is a journey into deep wisdom and self discovery. In this workshop, you will explore the space between words. Permitting yourself to pause is an invaluable resource for trusting and embodying your YES.

Meet Your Facilitators
Joan Gutierrez and Ashley Heffernen are somatic intimacy educators, artists, and friends who believe in the transformative potential of collective ritual, play, and pleasure. Recently, their paths converged during Sexological Bodywork training through the Pacific Center of Somatic Sexology. Through their work they intend to create containers that foster a new kind of intimacy and encourage somatic openings within their communities. They consider this not only the privilege of their service, but the desire that drives their inspiration.
